This policy explains how SysRidge collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information, including data connected to social media integrations and APIs.
Last updated: 17 February 2026
1) Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to SysRidge (SysRidge Technologies), operated by Turbotrend Pty Ltd (ABN 34 679 965 014) (“SysRidge”, “we”, “us”).
2) What personal information we collect
We may collect personal information including:
- Name, business name
- Email address, phone number
- Message content you send through forms or email
- Service-related details needed to provide IT support, web development, automation, or CRM services
- Website usage data (IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, timestamps)
Social platform data (if you connect accounts)
If you connect a social media account (for example LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram or similar), we may process:
- Account identifiers (e.g., profile/channel/page ID)
- Authorised content you choose to publish (text, images, videos, captions, hashtags)
- Basic metadata returned by the platform (post IDs, timestamps, status)
- Analytics/engagement data if you enable it (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Access tokens or authorisation credentials required to perform actions on your behalf
We use this data only to provide the features you request and do not sell it. Tokens are stored securely and you can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration.
3) How we collect information
We collect information when you:

/submit.php) - Call or email us
- Engage our services and provide details necessary for delivery

- Connect or authorise third-party accounts (OAuth or similar authorisation methods)
4) Why we collect and use information
We use personal information to:

- Communicate about projects, requests, incidents, and support tickets
- Improve our services, website performance, and security
- Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations
Purpose limitation
We use social platform data only to provide the features you enable and request. We do not sell connected account data. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
5) Tokens, credentials, and security
If you connect third-party accounts, we may store access tokens or credentials needed to perform actions on your behalf. We take reasonable steps to protect them, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Restricted access (least privilege) to systems and secrets
- Access controls and logging for administrative access
- Revocation support: you can disconnect accounts to stop access
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6) Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate, such as hosting providers, email/communications providers, analytics providers, and contractors involved in delivery. We only disclose what is reasonably required to provide services.
If you connect social accounts, relevant information may be shared with the platform provider as part of normal API operation (for example, sending your post content to publish it).
7) Overseas disclosure
Some providers we use (including certain cloud, analytics, or platform providers) may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
8) Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
Retention for connected accounts and platform data
- Access tokens: retained only while your integration is active, or until you revoke/disconnect access.
- Post metadata: may be retained to provide delivery status, logs, and troubleshooting.
- Analytics: retained only if you enable analytics features and for reasonable reporting periods.
9) Access, correction, and data export
You can request access to personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
You can also request an export/copy of information associated with your account (where applicable and reasonable).
